We stayed in room 603, located in the basement. The room was spacious, even with the additional bed provided for my child. There was a large coffee table, a sofa, a chair, a desk, and amenities like a kettle, cups, glasses, and a complimentary minibar with water and chocolate. The room had a small, discreet nook, perfect for storing suitcases out of sight, keeping the space uncluttered. The shower was excellent with good water pressure, it was clean, and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable but quite high. There were robes and slippers in the room. I was initially concerned about staying in the basement due to some negative reviews, but I noticed no damp smells. It was very quiet, and since there were no windows near the bed, the morning sun didn’t disturb our sleep. We heard no noise from the busy street outside, and the room’s location meant that almost no one passed by. While we had no issues with the stairs, it might be challenging for others. The breakfast was excellent and hot. They offered a full English breakfast, as well as alternatives like avocado and halloumi instead of pork and sausage, porridge, or pancakes with various toppings. There was also a small buffet with pastries and fruit. The waitstaff were quick, energetic, and very friendly. The coffee was delicious, with a good selection, and tea was also available. The location is ideal for traveling to London Heathrow and has direct access to the city center. It’s within walking distance of Hyde Park, and there are plenty of coffee shops, fast food options, and both Waitrose and M&S just around the corner. We’ll definitely return :)

Moving to the Hotel Indigo Kensingston was a last-minute decision, and boy, I'm glad we did! The location is excellent - the curb appeal is adorable (great for pics). The front-desk staff is friendly and engaging; make sure to treat them with the respect they deserve! We got two queen premium rooms with an extra bed for a child. The rooms (on the second floor) were a bit small, and we had to walk up/down more stairs to get to them, kind of a hassle with all our bags. But the decor is wonderful, and they get housekeeping every morning. OK, if you are hesitating -- ADD THE BREAKFAST TO YOUR ROOM. It is beyond compare: fresh and filling, with so many choices and a full sit-down breakfast menu that is made to order. Seriously, if you eat this breakfast, you won't need lunch- just cruise until you sit down for a pint and fish and chips at Blackbird next door!

Wonderful location close to the tube station for Earls Court on the well-connected District Line. Super comfy room with excellent and large shower and plenty of hot water and great pressure. All of the in-room amenities you’d expect including big fluffy bath robes and iron. Tons of places to eat all around. Grocery store across the street. Excellent breakfast! Really nice staff, so helpful. I’ve stayed in many mid-range hotels in London and this is the one I will return to.

The property was very well-designed, clean and maintained nicely. The location was perfect and a two minute walk from the nearest tube station (Earls Court). Wanted something that was not in the busy part of London, and Kengsington was a perfect choice. Nice neighborhood but at night it did feel a little dodgy after all the shops on the high street closed. Breakfast was nice and made to order. Would stay here again next time I visit London.

The hotel is very close to metro station, just a 2 minutes in walk and the location is very near to some of touristical places as like natural history museum. Especially the breakfast was amazing. There were so many options, everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, we will choose this place again for our next trip to London. Thank you for everything! See you soon Hotel İndigo,
